KAL Vitamins is expanding its multivitamin line with four new formulas for men and women, including a Women’s 18+ Multivitamin, a Men’s 18+ Multivitamin, a Women’s 50+ Multivitamin, and a Men’s 50+ Multivitamin.

The Women’s 18+ Multivitamin is formulated to support energy, mood, and immune function. L-theanine promotes calm and relaxation, while chasteberry provides PMS support, and iron and folate are included at levels to support healthy red blood cell production.

The Men’s 18+ Multivitamin delivers 30 essential vitamins and minerals to maintain energy metabolism, muscle function, immune health, and heart health. Zinc is included to support reproductive health, while Tongkat Ali is included to support energy and vitality.

The Women’s 50+ Multivitamin is designed to support women after menopause, tailored to support heart, bone, and cognitive health. Trans-resveratrol is included to promote cellular health, while CoQ10 is included to support cardiovascular and cellular energy, and magnesium, iodine, and selenium are included to maintain bone and thyroid health.

The Men’s 50+ Multivitamin is formulated to support cardiovascular, prostate, and bone health. Lycopene and zinc are included at levels to support prostate function; B vitamins are included to support cellular energy; and vitamins D and K are included to promote bone health. Inositol is also included to support healthy blood glucose levels within the normal range.

The four new multivitamins are KAL’s expansion into age-specific nutrition, the company noted, providing tailored support for early and later adulthood.

“We’ve always understood that men and women have different needs,” said Lindsay Ostenson, SVP of marketing at KAL Vitamins. “As nutritional needs evolve with age, these four formulas are built to support them.”

“Nutrient needs shift significantly with age, especially around bone health, cardiovascular support, and hormonal changes,” said Rachel Kilroy, senior director of global innovation. “These formulas go beyond gender to support people where they are in life.”
